Candle wicks made from cotton, which differ in their weave and diameter, give each candle its own personality. Each glass, handmade in Tuscany, is unique. In patience lies the fragrance

What applies to the production of our special candles also applies to their handling. Because with great quality comes great responsibility. To get the best out of your niche scented candle and to enjoy our selected room fragrances for as long as possible, there are a few important handling tips that you should follow:

• The first time you burn it, you need to be patient. Let your candle burn until the entire surface has melted. This prevents the candle from burning inwards in a goblet shape and maximizes the burning time of your favorite candle.

• Never leave your candle burning unattended and make sure there is enough space above and around the candle. This will prevent soot marks. It is also advisable to leave a distance of at least 50 cm from curtains and at least 40 cm from the ceiling. If you place several candles together, make sure they are at least 12 to 15 cm apart.

• Make sure that the liquid wax layer is never more than about one centimeter thick. Once this amount of wax has liquefied, extinguish the candle and allow it to cool and solidify again before lighting the candle again.

• Do you want a calm flame and reduce soot formation? Then shorten the wick to about 5 mm before each new burn.

• By the way: To ensure the longevity of your candle and optimal performance, the burning time of a niche scented candle should not be exceeded by a total of 4 hours.
