What payment methods are available?
We work with the payment provider Shopify Payments, which handles our payment processing. Your payments and your personal data are therefore safe and secure. We do not have access to your payment details or your credit card details. However, if you have any questions about your payment or questions about a refund, please always contact us first. We will be happy to take care of it. The entire payment process is handled in an SSL encrypted environment. This means that your data is always safe and cannot be viewed by anyone.
In our online shop you have the option to choose from various payment methods:

PayPal
Advantages | For everyone with a PayPal account. Quickly log in and pay. With buyer protection. Also available as an express option with address details stored with PayPal.
You can pay safely and easily with PayPal. If you select PayPal as your payment method when ordering online, you will automatically be redirected to PayPal's secure payment form. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user details and make the payment. Are you new to PayPal? Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. We usually receive the payment within a few minutes, so that the goods are dispatched immediately (usually the next working day).
There is probably no faster and easier way for Paypal customers to order.
Credit Card

You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card in our online shop. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, American Express, MasterCard. Please enter the required data in the fields provided for the payment method.
The credit card details are transmitted using SSL encryption. You can recognize this by the "https" in the address bar in your browser on the payment pages. This means that your purchase with a credit card is very secure with us.
To increase the security of credit card payments, the 3D Secure credit card security procedure is used. This procedure is called "Verified by VISA" for VISA cards and "MasterCard Secure Code" for MasterCard cards. If your credit card is 3D Secure-enabled, you will automatically be redirected to your bank's website. There you can confirm the transaction by entering your personal SecureCode and password. If you have not yet registered your credit card for the 3D Secure procedure, you can do so as part of the payment process. After the 3D Secure authentication, you will automatically be redirected back to the shop and your purchase will be successfully completed.
If you register when placing your order or already have a customer account, you do not need to enter your credit card details again for all subsequent orders. We suggest the last credit card used via Mollie. You can freely choose whether you want to use this credit card again or add another one. All data is very secure with Mollie thanks to the latest encryption technology.

How does Sofortüberweisung work? - Online banking
Sofortüberweisung is a good alternative to other payment service providers such as Paypal. You do not need to create a user account, you just need to log in with your online banking access data.
If you have selected Sofortüberweisung as your payment method, you will be redirected to a pre-filled transfer form.
Check the payee and transfer amount and select your bank using the bank code.
In the next step, you enter your usual online banking login details into a secure payment form. From there, the data is forwarded to your bank.
You will receive a one-time valid TAN from your bank as usual, for example via smartphone.
If you confirm the transfer by entering a TAN, you will receive a summary of all the data from the purchase process or a direct purchase confirmation from the shop.
The basic idea behind this e-payment system is that you give your usual online banking access data to Sofortüberweisung, which then initiates the transfer on your behalf. In return, the online retailer immediately receives confirmation that the payment has been made. This means you can get the goods you ordered quickly.
How do I redeem a promotional voucher?
1. Vouchers issued free of charge by the Seller as part of promotional campaigns with a specific period of validity and which cannot be purchased by the Customer (hereinafter "promotional vouchers") can only be redeemed in the Seller's online shop and only during the specified period.
2. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.
3. Individual products may be excluded from the voucher promotion if a corresponding restriction arises from the content of the promotional voucher.
4. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
5. Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.
6. The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any remaining balance will not be refunded by the seller.
7. If the value of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be selected to pay the difference.
8. The balance of a promotional voucher will not be paid out in cash and will not accrue interest.
9. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in whole or in part with the promotional voucher within the scope of his statutory right of withdrawal.
10. The promotional voucher is transferable. The seller can make a payment to the respective holder who redeems the promotional voucher in the seller's online shop with a discharging effect. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the ineligibility, incapacity or lack of authority to represent the respective holder.
How do I buy a gift voucher?
You can purchase gift vouchers with different amounts at www.scentamor.de. You will receive the gift voucher in digital form. It is valid for three years and can only be redeemed in our online shop
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
1. Vouchers purchased through the online shop www.scentamor.de (hereinafter "gift vouchers") can only be redeemed at www.scentamor.de
2. Gift vouchers and remaining credits on gift vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased. Any remaining credit will be credited to the customer until the expiry date.
3. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
4. Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order.
5. Gift vouchers can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional gift vouchers.
6. If the value of the gift voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, another payment method offered by the seller can be selected to pay the difference.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping within Germany with DHL: approx. 1 - 3 working days
Shipping in EU, Switzerland and UK with DHL: approx. 3 - 7 working days
International shipping with DHL Express: 5 - 7 working days
Please note that the delivery time may be extended due to customs clearance in the destination country. When the shipment is handed over to our shipping service provider, a tracking number is created and sent to them by email so that you can check the status of the delivery at any time.
How can I track my order?
After completing your order, you will receive a tracking number to your email address. This allows you to track the current delivery status online. Due to increased volume, our shipping service provider may experience delays in processing. If there are unexpected delays, please contact us at info@scentamor.de .
Are there additional customs fees?
The documents for orders outside the EU will clearly indicate the value of the items included in the delivery. Customs can inspect deliveries. Customs or import fees will be charged once the shipment has reached your country. These fees must be paid by you. As the formalities vary depending on the destination country, please note the information provided by the customs authorities in your country.
What do I need to consider when shipping to Switzerland?
Shipping to Switzerland is only possible for goods up to a net value of €990. For amounts above this, special customs formalities apply, which we cannot offer you. Shipping to a PO box address in Switzerland is unfortunately also not possible.
If you have logged into your customer account and choose a shipping address in Switzerland when completing the order, our shop system will only display and calculate the net prices without German VAT. Swiss customs will then charge you the statutory Swiss VAT and any Swiss customs fees that may apply when the package is delivered.
These costs must be borne by you.
Returns
Which products can I return?
If you have accidentally placed the wrong product in your shopping cart, you can return the product to us within 14 days.
Please note that we can only take back unopened original packaging. Bottled items are excluded from this, as they are made especially for you. If you would like to give a fragrance as a gift, please specify the same fragrance as the desired bottle in the comments field. The recipient can then try out the fragrance without having to open the original packaging.
How long can I return products?
You can withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party takes possession of the goods.
How does a return work?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision in writing. You can use the attached form:

Is the return free?
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
You will receive a confirmation from us by email as soon as we receive the goods. Processing the return can take 3 - 5 days. We will refund the amount using the same method we received it. This can take an additional 2 - 3 days depending on the company.
When and how will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation of the purchase contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the transaction.
Samples
What is a bottling?
To make it easier for you to choose your new favorite fragrance from our range, we offer the service of ordering a bottle. We fill the bottles by hand. The sprayer contains approx. 2.5 to 3 ml.
How much does a bottling cost?
At Scent Amor you have the option of ordering a bottle of a fragrance if this option is listed for the product. The prices are shown for each product and can vary depending on the price of the original.

When will my bottlings be delivered?
We attach great importance to processing all orders for fragrance samples with special care. Since we make each bottle specially for you, we ask for your understanding that processing can take 4 to 7 working days.
Is there a minimum order value for bottlings?
The minimum order value for a sample order is €20 plus the costs for packaging and handling.
How many bottlings can I order?
If you order only bottlings, the quantity is limited to a maximum of 10 pieces. Only one bottling of each fragrance can be ordered.
Can I return bottlings?
Please understand that it is not possible to return bottles or cancel paid samples once they have been made. We make each sample specifically for your order.
Do I get free refills with my orders?
Handling of the bottlings when ordering original sizes with a value of at least 50 euros or more:
