Clément Gavarry is a highly skilled fourth generation perfumer born in Paris. He grew up in a family of perfumers and was introduced to the world of fragrances early on by his father, Max Gavarry. His childhood experiences with the scents of Grasse, such as fir balsam, immortelle and eucalyptus, as well as his love of the sea, shaped his passion for perfumery.

He pursued his passion by obtaining a master's degree and a diploma in organic chemistry from the prestigious ISIPCA in Versailles, France. In his early twenties, Clément moved to New York, where he was inspired by the city's constant renewal and energy. He describes New York as "a great experiment" and loves the feeling of newness and energy the city offers.

Throughout his career, Clément has worked with highly respected perfume houses such as Firmenich and IFF, and created fragrances for well-known brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Vera Wang, Roberto Cavalli and Sarah Jessica Parker. He is known for his perfectionism and detail-oriented approach to fragrance creation, emphasizing the importance of time, patience and, occasionally, luck.

Clément Gavarry believes that a fragrance should be an adventure that ignites the senses and transports people to another place or time. His deep-rooted connection to his formulas and the creative process is reflected in his unique and unforgettable fragrances that capture the imagination and inspire the senses.
