The perfumer of the fragrance ARMIS CAELUM by HEMCAEL is Christian Carbonnel, also known as Chris Maurice. He is an outstanding perfumer and director of Carbonnel S.A., one of the largest and most renowned fragrance conglomerates in Spain. He comes from the most famous family of perfumers in Spain and grew up in the perfume industry. Through his work, he has had the opportunity to work for successful brands in Europe and the Middle East and to live out his passion for high-quality perfumery. The history of the Carbonnel family goes back almost a century, to 1925, when Christian's grandfather founded the company. The company was later continued and expanded by his father. Christian himself was trained in the in-house laboratory, surrounded by a talented group of perfumers and under the guidance of his father. He frequently travels the world to create new fragrances, new smells and new sensations. 

In addition to his work at Carbonnel S.A., Christian Carbonnel is known for his collaborations with well-known brands and for creating exceptional fragrances such as Xerjoff More Than Words, Nishane Nefs and Xerjoff Alexandria II and Xerjoff Accento Overdose. He has dedicated his career to working with sophisticated and exceptional fragrances that fit his image of perfumery. He has worked for several well-known niche perfume brands and has developed a number of impressive fragrances. His fragrances are often rich and multi-layered, using both rare and traditional ingredients to create innovative yet timeless perfumes.

He is known for his work with Xerjoff, an Italian luxury perfume house renowned for its high-quality ingredients and artful compositions.

HEMCAEL's perfume bottles are known for their artful design, which is closely linked to the brand's artistic approach. These bottles are not only seen as containers for fragrances, but also as works of art. Designed by Cael Pipin, they reflect a blend of sculptural elegance and functional beauty. Each bottle is crafted from stainless steel and adorned with a pure brass logo, adding a sophisticated and luxurious appeal.
