Abd El Kader was a military leader as well as a poet and philosopher. Born in 1808 near Mascara in Algeria, the poet was a highly respected man and was held in high esteem even by his enemies. The fragrance named after him is like a call for freedom. Inspired by the powerful wind that blows from the Algerian coast of Mascaras as well as from the mountain peaks.  It combines the green scent of fresh mint, the intensity of passionate battles, the warm and spicy note of ginger and the subtle accords of tea and tobacco that are characteristic of the nomadic tribe ‘Ouled Naïl’.
