Demi Rawling, renowned for her deep passion and expertise in the world of perfumery, played a pivotal role in the conceptualisation of this fragrance. Her personal preferences and profound understanding of olfactory compositions were instrumental in shaping Minuit et Demi. This perfume embodies her vision of a sensual, luxurious scent that masterfully balances gourmand and spicy notes.

The Perfumer – Stéphane Bengana
Stéphane Bengana is a distinguished French perfumer with over 23 years of experience in the fragrance industry. Born in Clermont-Ferrand, France, he developed a passion for perfumery at an early age. He pursued a Master’s degree in Chemistry and obtained a DESS-PhD in Perfumery from the renowned ISIPCA.

Bengana’s career began in Paris at Haarmann & Reimer, after which he moved to Grasse, the historic heart of French perfumery, where he joined Payan Bertrand, specialising in natural raw materials. After 14 years in France, he relocated to Dubai, where he became Senior Perfumer at CPL Aromas, later rising to the position of Perfumery Director. During this time, he co-created ‘Adamas’, a perfume honouring the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 2012. Today, he continues his work as a Senior Perfumer at Symrise in Dubai.

Bengana is celebrated for his passion, perfectionism, and extensive expertise, particularly in Middle Eastern perfumery. His signature style is deeply influenced by his love for Arabian fragrances, allowing him to seamlessly blend French refinement with the opulent richness of Eastern scents.
