Like a flower bud opening, ELEGY begins with a blossoming of delicate bergamot and petitgrain notes, accompanied by the warm embrace of cognac-colored geranium. This harmonious interplay glows intensely, only to evaporate as quickly as it appeared, giving way to a melancholic whiff of late summer honeysuckle and pollen-enveloped heather absolute.
Over time, ELEGY unfolds into an opulent composition of exquisite floral absolutes, musk, and slow-burning resins that blend in perfect harmony—a nostalgic and elegant gift of remembrance. Lingering and resilient hay absolute, aged oud oil, and the gently enveloping patchouli absolute offer comfort and gently guide the fragrance into its gentle finish.
