Naomi Goodsir and perfumer Julien Rasquinet joined forces to craft the contemporary fragrance IRIS CENDRÉ, a versatile scent designed for both men and women, centered around the legendary and almost sacred iris flower. The fragrance unfurls with a fresh, floral introduction, orchestrated by the notes of bergamot, mandarin and warmly inviting spices.

At its core, the profound aroma of incense, reminiscent of the one found in Naomi Goodsir's "Bois d'Ascèse" (also created by Julien Rasquinet), gracefully intertwines with the powdery essence of majestic violet and precious iris blossoms. "Iris Cendré" is a floral and fresh composition, initially guided by bergamot, mandarin and spices. The heart notes reveal the deep allure of incense, accompanied by powdery nuances from violet and iris.

The fragrance's sensuality is heightened by the inclusion of labdanum, tobacco and amber. It emanates an authentic, green, earthy-creamy aroma, reminiscent of freshly made orris butter.

Julien Rasquinet's journey into the world of perfumery began at the age of 14, when he crafted his inaugural collection. Following studies in economics, he embarked on an internship at one of the world's largest perfume companies in New York. It was there that he discovered his passion for manipulating raw materials, fulfilling his dream of becoming a perfumer. Renowned for his desire to evoke emotions through fragrances, Rasquinet's creations tell romantic stories, resembling visions rather than direct translations of nature.

For him, the fulfillment of a successful project and the chance to innovate and create something new stand out as particularly rewarding aspects of his craft.
