Olfactive Studio - WOODY MOOD - Eau de Parfum is a captivating and intense fragrance composition that encapsulates the grandeur of giant sequoia trees. The carefully crafted scent notes mirror the height, depth and density of these majestic trees, creating a natural atmosphere that unveils a dreamlike light. Approaching this fragrance is akin to a mysterious heroine venturing into the heart of the forest. These are followed by an accord of sequoia, black tea, incense and jatamansi (Indian nard), culminating in the enchantment of the final notes of styrax, leather and patchouli. 

Renowned perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour from TechnicoFlor has envisioned Olfactive Studio - WOODY MOOD - Eau de Parfum as a fragrant portrayal of untouched nature, millennia-old trees, and the silence of the forests. Drawing inspiration from a 1973 image capturing the splendor of sequoia trees in Mendocino, California, Bertrand Duchaufour has transformed this visual into a woody and enchanting scent. The fragrance takes its wearer on a sensual and fascinating natural journey with top notes of bergamot, ginger, clary sage and saffron; middle notes of sequoia accord, jatamansi, black tea and incense; and base notes of patchouli, styrax, leather accord and cocoa accord. 

Bertrand Duchaufour is recognized for his independent and free-spirited approach to perfumery. As a passionate artist, he seamlessly integrates new feelings and emotions into his fragrances, drawing inspiration from diverse art forms such as drawing, painting and photography. Duchaufour initiated his perfumery career at Lautier Florasynth in Grasse and later became a freelance perfumer in Paris. Since 2008, he has been creating innovative fragrances in collaboration with TechnicoFlor, a fragrance manufacturer chosen for its ethical and environmental commitment.
