Sabine Schaffer and Gabriel Chami are the founders of the luxurious fragrance brand Plume Impression. Sabine, a native of Salzburg, grew up in the world of perfumery. She developed a strong passion for fragrances as a child, as her mother worked in a well-known perfume shop in Salzburg. At the age of twelve, Sabine was already helping customers with fragrance recommendations, making her one of the youngest fragrance consultants in the city. 

Gabriel Chami, Sabine's partner, comes from France and is also at home in the world of fragrances. Together they founded Plume Impression, a brand inspired by the symbolism of the feather. The feather symbolises the duality of fragility and strength - a quality that is also reflected in the brand's fragrance creations. Plume Impression perfumes are characterised by their sophistication and individual character. Each fragrance is created with great care to reflect a strong personality with subtle nuances. The collection includes various eau de parfum created in collaboration with renowned perfumers such as Quentin Bisch, Mark Buxton and Amandine Galliano.

Quentin Bisch is a renowned French perfumer, known for his creative and innovative work in the world of fragrances. He works for the fragrance company Givaudan and has created numerous successful perfumes for various luxury brands in recent years.

Bisch decided to pursue his passion for fragrances professionally and began training at the prestigious ISIPCA. After his training, he joined Givaudan, one of the world's largest fragrance and flavour manufacturers. Quentin Bisch works with a combination of creative intuition, technical precision and artistic expression.

Bisch is known for his innovative and creative approach to perfumery. His work is characterised by a balance between artistic expression and technical precision. His previous career as a musician has had a profound influence on his work as a perfumer. He views fragrance compositions much like musical compositions, where every note and chord must work together harmoniously. Bisch is often inspired by paintings, sculptures and other visual arts. The colours, textures and emotions expressed in art are incorporated into his fragrance creations. Many of his fragrances are based on personal memories and experiences. These create a deeper emotional connection to his creations. Travelling and experiencing different cultures and scents from all over the world broaden his fragrance spectrum and inspire him to create new fragrances. Despite his successes, Quentin Bisch remains modest and often emphasises how important teamwork and creative exchange with colleagues are to him. His artistic streak and his tireless drive to create new and exciting fragrances make him an inspiring figure in the world of perfumery.
