The air was filled with the sweet scent of apricots as I sat under the old tree and watched the man I had heard so much about. He was a passionate soul who deeply respected nature and its gifts. He drew his inspiration from the wonderful scents that the world offered him. He travelled the world in search of patchouli in India and jasmine in France to understand their secrets and pay tribute to them by composing the finest fragrances. Like a musician who hits every note with dedication, he declared his love through perfect and harmonious blends. Notes of amber and cedarwood lingered in the air and told of his exotic travels. I could see that he was not a man of many words, preferring to express himself through his art. At that moment, I felt a deep connection with him, as if I had known him for a long time. I wanted to go up to him and say, ‘QUE TAL?’, but my shyness held me back. Instead, I stayed in the distance, silently admiring him as the scents danced around us, telling stories of faraway lands.

Plume Impression is a perfume brand founded by Sabine Schaffer and Gabriel Chami. The two are not only business partners, but also a couple. Sabine grew up in a world of fragrances and explored the numerous perfumes in her mother's shop, who ran a perfumery, from an early age. He works as Senior Perfumer at Givaudan, one of the world's leading companies in the fragrance and flavour industry.  Jordi Fernandez has made a name for himself by combining traditional and modern elements in his perfumes, he is known for his passion for oriental perfumery, especially oud and patchouli, which are often at the centre of his fragrance creations. His creations include fragrances for well-known brands such as Versace, Blumarine, Montblanc, Ex Nihilo and Carner Barcelona.
