The story behind the ROYAL BOURBON fragrance by Plume Impression is a passionate journey full of creativity and romance. Amandine Galliano, the talented perfumer, discovered an old, mysterious blend called ‘Royal Bourbon’ in her laboratory one day. The composition of the fragrance included exotic spices such as cinnamon, pepper and ginger, which created a spicy explosion and ignited a flame of inspiration in her. But something was still missing to create the perfect blend.

One evening, when she was taking a creative break, she went to a bar with her sample fragrance, which she was determined to use up. There she met a charming barman who gave her the decisive clue: vanilla with a hint of caramel. Now everything blended together perfectly and she thought to herself: ‘The perfume isn't the only thing that's complete.’

This encounter was like a spark that ignited a fire of passion. Back in her laboratory, she added the suggested fragrance notes and suddenly the fragrance creation was perfect. ROYAL BOURBON in the PLUME IMPRESSION collection was born.

The perfumer of ROYAL BOURBON is Amandine Galliano. 

Thanks to her unrivalled creativity and keen sense of nuance, Amandine Galliano has made a name for herself as one of the leading minds in the world of niche perfumery. Amandine Galliano was born in the perfume capital of Grasse, France, and grew up surrounded by the enchanting scent of flower fields. From an early age, she felt a deep connection to perfumery, which continued throughout her childhood. Her training at prestigious perfumery schools and her many years of experience in the industry have moulded her into a true master of her craft.
