Behind the Fragrance
Thomas de Monaco - GRAND BEAU - Extrait de Parfum
The fragrance "GRAND BEAU" Extrait by Thomas De Monaco is a complex and appealing perfume that is suitable for both men and women. It was launched in 2022 and is known for its fresh, green scent. Fragrance composition of GRAND BEAU, Extrait de Parfum by Thomas de Monaco
GRAND BEAU - Extrait de Parfum begins with the spicy warmth of Mediterranean pine absolute and the freshness of juniper berries reminiscent of gin. These are complemented by the green, slightly bitter note of angelica root. Angelica root is valued in perfumery for its unique, earthy and aromatic scent. Its scent is woody, mossy and slightly spicy. The use of this raw fragrance ingredient adds depth and complexity to the perfumes. This makes the GRAND BEAU fragrance last longer and gives it a soft and earthy base. The use of angelica root gives perfumes a natural and authentic depth that distinguishes them from synthetic fragrances. Pine absolue, also known as pine absolue, is an extract obtained from the needles and twigs of pine trees (usually Pinus sylvestris). Absolue is a highly concentrated form of plant extract that is produced using a special extraction process. This process preserves the plant's delicate fragrance molecules and produces a rich, intense aroma. The scent of pine absolute is fresh, green and resinous, similar to the scent of a coniferous forest. At the same time, it has a pronounced woody note with a warm and slightly sweet character.
At the heart of Parfum Extrait GRAND BEAU by Thomas de Monaco is the tuberose absolute, which lends a floral and earthy depth. This is supported by the resin of frankincense (olibanum) and vetiver, which creates a calming and balanced effect. In the base of GRAND BEAU, the subtle saltiness of seaweed absolute is combined with the warm, slightly musky and ambery notes of ambrette and Ambrocenide®, giving the fragrance a lingering and elegant depth. Ambrocenide® is a fragrance ingredient used in the perfume industry. It is a synthetic fragrance that belongs to the ambergris family. Ambrocenide® was developed by Firmenich, one of the world's leading companies in the fragrance and flavour industry. It has a strong, long-lasting, woody and amber-like fragrance.
The overall impression is warm and sensual, slightly sweet with a musky base note, giving the GRAND BEAU fragrance by Thomas de Monaco volume and complexity. "GRAND BEAU" evokes the image of a day by the sea: you stand with your eyes closed in the shade of the pine trees, hear the sound of the waves in the distance and feel the salty breeze caressing your skin. The fragrance is described as fresh, radiant and bright, combining a romantic and natural freshness with a refined and mysterious structure.
The name "GRAND BEAU" by THOMAS DE MONACO is derived from the French and means both a beautiful, sunny day and a graceful and elegant person. Thomas de Monaco was inspired by the idea of a perfect day by the sea, which is reflected in the maritime and woody notes of the perfume.
