Maurus Bachmann is a renowned perfumer known for his structured and elegant approach. He works as senior perfumer for Luzi, a fragrance manufacturer in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland. Bachmann's ability to recognise success from failure enables him to develop and refine fragrance compositions. His work is characterised by subtlety, timelessness and a clear leitmotif (LUZI).

His most recent creations include GRAND BEAU, a fragrance with green, woody notes and a hint of maritime freshness, and EAU COEUR, a pudgy, floral composition.  These fragrances reflect Bachmann's deep understanding of the harmony between scents and his ability to create complex and emotional scents that can evoke specific places or moments.
