Delphine Thierry is a renowned French perfumer celebrated for her ability to create luxurious and captivating fragrances. She is especially recognized for her expertise in natural perfumery and resides in Grasse, the world capital of fragrance. Born in 1970 in the Paris region, Delphine Thierry developed a passion for scents early on, inspired by her family’s gardens. After studying biochemistry and marketing, she chose to follow her passion and enrolled at the prestigious Institut Supérieur International du Parfum, de la Cosmétique et de l'Aromatique Alimentaire (ISIPCA) in Versailles, graduating at the top of her class in 1994.

After graduation, Thierry gained over twelve years of experience as a perfumer in Paris, New York, Mexico, and Grasse, working for companies such as MANE and IFF. During this time, she created fragrances for brands including Moschino, Trussardi, Etro, Mariella Burani, L'Occitane, and Guerlain. In 2007, she founded her own company, INSPIRATION LIBRE, to gain more creative freedom and focus on the artisanal side of perfumery. Since then, she has built a reputation for crafting innovative and captivating fragrances in the niche market.
