About the Perfumer – Gaël Montero

The perfumer behind Cavort by Fragrance Du Bois is Gaël Montero, a talented Franco-Spanish perfumer currently working as a Junior Perfumer at Givaudan. His international career reflects his cosmopolitan heritage, demonstrating his ability to weave diverse cultural influences into his creations. Raised with French and Spanish roots, Gaël Montero developed a passion for the arts and the senses at an early age. Initially pursuing a degree in film, he ultimately followed his growing fascination with scent, transitioning into perfumery. He trained at the renowned Givaudan Perfumery School in Paris, having previously spent two years under the mentorship of the esteemed perfumer Jordi Fernandez in Barcelona.
