SUMMER IN PARO by hima jomo is an eau de parfum that reflects the lively and harmonious atmosphere of summer in Paro, a valley in Bhutan.
The combination of resin, honey and spices gives it a warm, sunny aura. It is a harmonious late summer fragrance that captures the opulence and serenity of the Himalayas.Paro, in the local language ‘The Castle on the Jewel’, is located in the western part of the Kingdom of Bhutan.

The Tiger's Nest Monastery, built in 1692, is located on a 900 metre high rock face in the Paro Valley. Around the monastery, conifers cover the valley like guardians and messengers.You walk through the valley, surrounded by majestic conifers that watch over the monastery like ancient guardians. The air is filled with a resinous scent that reminds you of warm summer days, when the tree trunks shed golden tears and the mist envelops the forest.

As you delve deeper into the forest, you notice the sweet, ambrosial scent emanating from a beehive on a rock face. This scent mingles with the faint incense of the monastery, creating an atmosphere of calm and peace.Your gaze wanders up to the sky, which is covered in a soft powder that trickles like velvet over the bronze-coloured green of the pine trees.
