Epinette completed a master's degree in biochemistry in Dijon and then attended the Grasse Institute of Perfumery in Grasse, France. He began his career in 2003 at the Paris office of Robertet, a leading company in the fragrance industry. In 2006, he moved to the company's creative centre in New York, where he still works today.
