CELLARIUS Scented Candle

To ensure that you can enjoy your fine scented candle for a long time, please observe the following tips:

When burning the candle for the first time, the surface of the candle must be completely melted. This process may take a little longer, especially the first time, but this will prevent the candle from burning inwards like a goblet. Please never leave your candle burning unattended and ensure that there is sufficient distance upwards and around the candle, as the flame could otherwise cause soot marks.

The distance to curtains should be at least 50 cm, to the ceiling at least 40 centimetres and if you place several candles together at least 12 to 15 cm.

The liquid wax layer should be a maximum of about one centimetre. When this amount of wax has liquefied, extinguish the candle and allow the wax to cool and solidify again. Shorten the wick of the candle to approx. 5mm before burning it again. This will reduce the formation of soot and create the best conditions for a steady flame. The total burning time should not exceed approx. 4 hours.
