Ingibjörg Birgisdóttir is an Icelandic artist and musician who is best known for her work in visual art and animation. She was born in 1982 and studied at the Iceland Academy of the Arts. In her works she often combines different layers and symbols, including national emblems, landscapes and animals, which gives her style a playful and surreal flavour.

As a visual artist, Ingibjörg has collaborated with numerous musicians and designed album covers and music videos. Artists include Sigur Rós, Sóley, Jónsi, Múm, Seabear and Sin Fang.
