Sacha Perrin has processed and refined the pistachio, an exciting nut, in the kitchen in various forms. His creation of a pistachio praline in particular inspired him to create GOLDEN PISTACHIO. To make the pralines, the pistachios are first lightly roasted until they are fragrant. They are then caramelised with sugar. The creamy fragrance created during this process was the inspiration for Sacha Perrin to recreate it in a perfume.
