Do not forget to ask for forgiveness... Haunted by remorse, in the rage of fate. And the anger grows. Unexpected wounds mark the silence, the violence and the fog. No one wants to speak. Ignorance. The inhumanity of life causes us to become insensitive, to know no humility, not to recognise mistakes, to wither.
To numb the pain. But only this pain, lived and full of signs, scars and forms the memory, only scratches, caused by fear, like asking for forgiveness, form the choice. And we weep for a courage that moves the colours of change, giving flowers suffered and breathing on the blossoms. Forgive me. A clear, dry and powerful word in its simplicity. Or superfluous. It is almost a silence, more than a word.

Not everyone is capable of apologising when they make a mistake: But it is almost always the best way to end a conflict. To apologise or to ask for forgiveness is too often interpreted as an act of submission, of weakness, and urges us to go our own way, quickly in our daily lives, so as not to succumb to the humiliation of being wrong, or even more so, to work on ourselves, to analyse ourselves, to recognise our mistakes and finally to know how to ask for forgiveness.

Scusami by Filippo Sorcinelli is a form of forgetting, made up of a great bouquet of flowers that restores memory and frees us from a past that does not want to go, but only through it can we say goodbye to the past and project ourselves more consciously into the future. They are past flowers that penetrate and are lost, in the most humble, dense and true forgiveness.

The material bottle evokes the whole emotional journey, combined with difficulties and sacrifices.

The Scusami fragrance is fruity and flowery. The heliotrope, with its vanilla notes, stretches its head upwards and wrestles with the canned fruit and fondant. In the heart, the black Johannisbeere reappears, paving the way for other floral notes such as rose, ylang ylang and maiglöckchen, and the soft, warm base notes. There, ambra, ambergris seeds, moss-covered zeder and a hint of patchouli take centre stage. All in all, a soft, fruity scent, not quite as loud as the others in the Unum collection.
