Behind the Fragrance
Neroli Mediterraneo by Perris, Eau de Parfum 100 ml
We return to be enchanted by the scents of Mediterranean citrus fruits. Back to Calabria, in the shade of bitter oranges, to collect their essence, known since the beginnings of perfumery as neroli." - Perris Monte Carlo
Neroli, derived from the flowers of the bitter orange tree, also called bitter orange bigarade, is an essential oil obtained through steam distillation. The Neroli essence selected for our fragrances hails from the sun-drenched Calabrian coast. Its aroma is fresh, subtly bitter and imbued with floral and aromatic undertones.
NEROLI MEDITERRANEO captures the essence of Italian Neroli, kissed by sunlight, caressed by the wind, nourished by the earth and cooled by the sea. This fragrance unveils the lush citrus and floral character of Neroli, accentuated by a rich blend of citrus fruits and the sunny notes of orange and petitgrain. The invigorating touch of Timur pepper and ginger dances atop a gentle base of iris and musk, offering an essential and contemporary interpretation that unveils the pure soul of Neroli.
Experience the enchanting freshness of NEROLI MEDITERRANEOand let yourself be captivated by its invigorating allure.
Timur pepper, also referred to as Timut pepper, originates from the fruits of the Zanthoxylum armatum tree found in the mountainous regions of Nepal and Tibet. Renowned for its distinctive aroma, Timur pepper combines citrusy notes with a subtle hint of grapefruit and grapefruit peel.
This aromatic pepper lends a fresh and invigorating note to fragrances, appreciated for its unique and uplifting essence.
