For optimal application, the skin should first be moistened with warm water in the shower or bath. A small amount of shower gel should then be applied to the palm of the hand or a sponge and gently spread over the body. Gently massaging in the gel creates a fine, fragrant foam that cleanses the skin without drying it out. The gel has a particularly relaxing effect if it is left on the skin for a few seconds so that the valuable ingredients can be absorbed.
